With her multi-dimensional experience gained from working for some of the most marquee names in the Indian Investment banking space, she’s currently spearheading the “Marketing and Customer Relations” Desk at Pace 360. Kanika has had an extremely successful track record in building self-sufficient client-centric teams for delivering round the clock customer service at par with the global standards. She continues to inspire trust among her clients through her painstaking efforts in combining the best of human talent with cutting edge technology all under one roof. Kanika straddles seamlessly between the diverse streams of Marketing and Customer Relations thanks to her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. She feels most passionately about inspiring her team members and colleagues to be their best and live up to their most ambitious potential.

Prior to Pace 360, she worked with Edelweiss Global Wealth Management where she played an important role in its transformation from a fledgling unit to one of the most powerful names in the space in less than 5 years.

She is an M.B.A (Finance) from Symbiosis University and a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University.
